Lovely hotel! Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were given a custard tart and some port on check in which was a nice touch! The room was spacious and quiet. It was in a great location within walking distance of everything. We would definitely recommend to stay in this hotel!

Amazingly clean hotel with friendly staff. Location is very convenient, smack in the middle of Rua Augusta which is one of the main tourist promenades. The welcome wine and pastel was a nice touch.
