"From the moment I arrived by rideshare, Diego and his team were ready to help, he unloaded my luggage and stored it while I explored the city until check in. When I returned, my luggage was already in my room. My room, 3A, overlooked a vibrant street and was exactly as pictured, absolutely beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well despite some late night street noise, the windows provided good soundproofing. Breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of pastries and fruit. The air conditioning was nice and cold too! 5 stars to Diego and Dalma Old Town Suites! I will definitely stay again!"

"This hotel is located in the busy Alfama district, so you're in the centre of everything. Loads of restaurants and historic sites. It's on the tram line, too, literally outside of our window. Diego is a rock star. We had trouble with our air conditioning and he worked doggedly to get it working and saved the day. This is not a fancy place, but you're not going to Alfama to sit in your hotel room all day---it's a good, quiet place to rest your head and feet after a delicious dinner. "

Close to Castle, the Igreja Do Sao Jorge, great coffee shops, Fado in nearby restaurants….. and so much more!!!! Friendly neighbourhood!!! Loved this ancient area known as the Alfama district. So many beautiful walks and many things to discover down the twisting cobble streets"
