The only things missing from the room were a blow dryer and a bartender at the pool bar. Otherwise, the staff went above and beyond to provide outstanding service. The hotel is very modern, beautifully kept, and exceptionally well maintained.

Great hotel and Staff. They took very good care of us and we would stay with them again. The area is safe and quiet, but a little bit of a walk to the main areas of Lisbon so be prepared to get your steps in.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Lumen and truly enjoyed our experience. The room was excellent—comfortable, clean, and very well maintained. The breakfast was also fantastic, with great quality and a nice selection. The staff and overall atmosphere made our stay very pleasant, and we would definitely recommend the hotel to others. Our only suggestion would be to add a few more options to the restaurant menu, which would make the dining experience even better, especially for guests staying for several days. Overall, a great experience and a hotel we would happily stay at again!

A very clean, modern hotel with excellent staff. We checked in late after very long day of travel and pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to superior suite. Very quiet location. Buffet breakfast was large and many choices. Dinner in the restaurant would only receive 3 stars in my opinion as menu small, price point elevated and the meals we happened to choose were not impressive. Restaurant staff were again amazing though.

everything is clean, posh (VIP like) we all really enjoyed this hotel, if we go to Lisbon again in the future, We would pick that hotel again and again. The bed is quite hard but for some reason is very comfortable! And the shower door seem a bit strange lol. My ONLY issue is the swimming pool. There's is loads of black dirt in the pool but other than that was amazing :)

The staff here were absolutely wonderful, friendly, accommodating! The place is lovely and clean. Although I would say the atmosphere is very stark. The biggest issue for us? Is the air-conditioning in the room. You can set it to whatever temperature you’d like, but it never gets to that temperature. It’s too hot outside and the air conditioning fan is too low. Very hard to sleep. But need to get back to the staff they are excellent.
