First of all, their valet parking is priceless. We got everywhere on foot or public transportation. At the end, our car was delivered to the hotel doorstep. Second: exceptionally friendly, kind service. Could not be better. Third: centrally located; bedroom view of the National Palace, with window seat. Fourth: excellent hotel breakfast buffet. And a great bakery and unpretentious, delicious bistro within half a block. Did I mention the extraordinary friendliness and helpfulness? A beautiful -- and an easy -- place to stay.

Helena at the reception gave us a warm welcome and was very helpful showing us the important places in the beautiful town,. She made the best recommendation for dinner at Incomun. All the desk staff were the most friendly in all our travels. It is a wonderful place to stay.
