"A very warm welcome on our arrival, who offered us complimentary drinks after a long day travelling. We were shown our room on the 2nd floor (room 4) and it was spotless and was a very large room. Wonderful views of the river. All the front of house staff we saw were very friendly each time we saw them. I cannot comment on the breakfast or the food as we ate out during our stay. The hotel is up a hill but they have steps and a local elevator that takes you down to the lower level of Lisbon. But this didnt cause any problems for us but it may if you struggle with walking. But we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel. "
