Great central location, delicious breakfast. Only thing is timing for breakfast starts late (8 AM) so if you have an early tour, you won't be able to enjoy it.
This is a brand new, fantastic hotel in a perfect location in central Lisbon. Walking distance to all the sights. Great service, breakfast and wonderful room amenities- 10/10, highly recommend!!
The property was newly opened so everything was spotless. The room was very comfortable and very nicely equipped. The breakfast buffet was good. Location great
Usually too lazy to write reviews, but this hotel deserves it. Amazing stay, I believe it just opened. Unbeatable location and luxury feel. Will be staying here again 10/10
Very cute hotel and great breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. The only downside was trying to enter the building to check in, since it’s always locked you have to wait for someone else entering or exiting to let you in
Beautiful property that was very clean, smelled lovely throughout and wonderful staff. The breakfast was amazing and a great start to the day. All day tea and coffee with afternoon cakes after 2pm were a nice extra touch. Would highly recommend to stay here. Location right in the heart of Lisbon with so many restaurants right outside your door. Will 100% be staying here again.
The hotel was excellent, friendly and helpful staff . The room was very comfortable, quiet and clean. The location was the best I could have chosen. In front of shops and restaurants. Walking distance to many places.
This was a beautiful new property. Everything was pristine. Great location right in the middle of the action but did not find it loud from street noise since I’m sure the windows are brand new. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff were very kind and helpful. Would stay here again.
Pros: Superb location; got a nice corner room with a view of the streets below; exceptional, I mean nice gourmet, breakfast on top floor; very helpful, friendly staff
Cons: room we stayed in was a bit tight, few amenities offered, difficult to park in this zone of Lisbon
All in all I would definitely stay there again
The property just opened last week! It is very clean and the decor is all in good taste. The hotel is situated on a busy pedestrian cobble stone street and close to rossio. The taxi will need to drop you at the beginning of the road but it’s only a short walk to the front door where you will buzz to be let up to the 6th floor reception. This location is great for a few days to discover the city and close to a metro. The staff is very helpful and kind. The breakfast offers good items to start your day. I stayed in their smallest room ( Junior room/ suite ) the bathroom was tight to move inside and there was no where to keep my medium size luggage. A member of the staff helped to accomandate my luggage by adding a small table in my room. A little gem on Rua Augusta!
I'd give it a 5 star and want to. The attention to details was great. The only problem was the floor under the floorboards outside the bathroom seemed wet after a shower Like soggy with water coming up between the seams. I let the front desk staff know when I was checking out and I have faith they will fix the problem. But otherwise, it was personalized and cute. Complimentary breakfast was great. I didn't know I would need to ring the bell to be let in but figured it out. The reception on the 6th floor was confusing. But I'd definitely would stay again.
