"It was an amazing trip. Even though the food for the 24hr buffet was not great, you have the option to select dinner restaurants included on the package. Those restaurants are amazing! Don’t choose the steak house restaurant tho! It’s so awful."

"The property is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are large and very clean. The staff is great! We had our own Butler named Ricardo who really took care of all our needs. There were several staff members who went out of their way to make our stay perfect. Lucitania in the sports bar was amazing. She was always smiling and ready to fill our cups or feed us. Natalie, Dario and the lady who made crepes at the Marketplace made breakfast and lunch a pleasure. Annaluisa and the girls in the coffee shop served up tea and alcoholic shakes with smiles. Our room was always cleaned and smelled wonderful. The pools were a perfect temperature. This resort does a great job of making the adults only section feel like a completely separate resort from the family side. Overall I would highly recommend this resort for a couples getaway. "

"Bar tender named Jhonathan at the main lobby bar was the absolute best!! Always treated us with respect, and made us feel comfortable and would refill our drinks without even asking for a new drink. Was super attentive and provided excellent service to us! By far the favorite bar to sit down and drink at throughout the entire resort. "

"The property itself is beautiful. Lots of tropical plants, palm trees, lush and green. The room was perfect. Restaurants were good. Pools were immaculately clean and cool. The only minor complaint I had was they could do a better job of picking up garbage on the beach and around the property as a whole. Plastic bottles, wrappers, paper laying around. But the #1 best thing about Excellence is the staff - they ALL smile and are super friendly and helpful. Bring some extra cash to tip these amazing people who work long hours and go the extra mile to make your vacation smooth and fun. Highly recommend this hotel chain. "
