Within walking distance of many tourist attractions. Taxi fixed rate from airport is 33 Euros. Good shopping district as well."

"The staff is excellent! We enjoyed the hotel, and stayed in one of the Norman Foster-designed rooms. We were a bit frustrated by the complexity of turning the lights on and off, and noisiness of the bed when getting in and out. Flushing the toilet meant putting your entire body weight behind pushing the button and bending way down to do that. Other than those details, we were happy with our stay, and would absolutely return."

"The staff were friendly and keep it tidy often the time. You can charge devices right next to bed and laundry (washing and drying) service is available. Actually staff is at the reception all the time so that check in can be made after midnight as well. The only thing I did not like was air mattress. So far it was pleasant stay for me"

"Loved the room and hotel location; our first time in Madrid and it was a great place to stay and start the day. Hotel was being renovated so the access was not easy but the staff were very helpful. They also spoke good English and gave helpful tips. Room size was big with a good view. Bathroom fittings are a little dated but all very functional. Definitely would stay there again. "

"This is the hotel to stay at if you're taking a connecting train from Chamartin. Having a link directly from the airport, staying here and going in the morning is super convenient. The staff was super friendly, the rooms were very comfortable, and the overall conditions of it were great. Will definitely comeback."
