"Loved it "

"We got the airport shuttle late at night. It was fine. They gave us a great room and we scheduled for the shuttle in the morning. Breakfast was amazing. I was pleasantly surprised because reviews had been mixed about the breakfast. It could not have been better! Staff were great. It does take longer to ride on the shuttle than you’d think because it is very close to the airport, but trust the times they tell you."

"Really appreciated the hotel. The location was central to everything we wanted to do. The hotel staff was very friendly and professional. You were greeted upon arrival, we used the service of the concierge twice to book excursions, the breakfast buffet was AMAZING ! We appreciated the access to the roof top bar. Our room was very comfortable, great view and it was nice and quiet. Hotel security was outstanding, no one could get in without being a guest and the elevator card system was very efficient. The one minor issue that would need attention .... the bathroom towels could be more "plush". I would definitely stay at this hotel again when we come back to Madrid. "

"In the center "

"This hotel is located right across the street from the four seasons hotel. Hotel Regina, in my opinion was better than the four seasons hotel in service, amenities and location. Our room even had a flat iron for my hair. We were greeted with cold water upon arrival and had a free cocktail in the bar after check-in. This hotel is located in the center of town. A short walk plaza del Sol or plaza mayor. Lots of great people watching available on the small streets nearby."

"Very modern and very clean. Very basic but adequate for a brief overnight stay. I booked this hotel based on price and the fact it advertised airport shuttle service. In the even the airport shuttle service only runs from 05.30-09.30 and from late evening until 23.30 and costs 5e pp each way. These timings didn’t work for me and I ended up paying out nearly 50e for taxis. This could have bought me a better hotel with a free shuttle service. Staff were very pleasant and helpful."
