"We loved this hotel! So comfortable and has a lovely wine bar in the lobby. Great location walkable to a lot of sites and points of interest. My bed was so comfortable and the shower was great pressure (which is very important to me). I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Lovely helpful staff"

"This was our second visit to this hotel. We stay in one of The Level rooms and find this well worth the slightly extra cost. There are food/snacks and drinks, including beer and wine, available in The Level lounge free of charge from 1pm daily.
The staff are friendly and very helpful.
