Helpful staff, comfortable room, good location.

A great hotel in a great location. The hotel was great value and the staff were really helpful. All in all I would certainly recommend to anyone.

Everything is perfect!

Very friendly and caring staff. There was a variety of Food, snacks and drinks. The only issue is the shower room. Water was passing through the side of the door and the bathroom floor was very wet everytime someone had a shower. But overall, we had a pleasant stay. Nice restaurants and bars around too.

Great stay. Apartment is on the top floor, with its own balcony. Flat it self was very clean and you had everything you’ll need for a great stay. My stay was great until the check out day, when I was promised to have a late check out, but for my surprise at 12, I had a knock on a door. When opening the door, there was a cleaner saying that she’s there to clean. I explained her, that I’ve been agreed an late check out, she keep arguing back on me saying no it 12 and I need to leave. Fantastic location for exploring the area around Sol, and a very reasonable hotel rate too. Really easy to explore the area (Museo del Prado, Royal Palace and botanical gardens all only 10 minute walk away).

A pampering hotel, in an excellent location. High level service. Free mini bar in the room. Remember it was my birthday and sent a bottle of champagne and a cake to the room which was impressive. The only thing the cleanliness of the bathroom was horrible.

Stayed there for an overnight, this boutique hotel is really lovely, welcoming and with a sleek design that will appeal to many. The doormen were very helpful and a great addition to the hotel. The room was very spacious, I love the attention to detail with the salt baths. Nice touch. Very happy with our stay. Perfectly clean rooms, food available late when we got in to check in at night, breakfast available until 11/12 depending on day of the week. We didn't spend much time there but any staff we did interact with were all friendly and helpful in either English or Spanish.

Great shops nearby and the property was clean. Staff were very friendly and attentive too
