A great hotel in a great location. The hotel was great value and the staff were really helpful. All in all I would certainly recommend to anyone.

Helpful staff, comfortable room, good location.

Great hotel! Would stay there again.

So much nicer than expected. Really loved this place. Such a big spacious room and beautiful.

A pampering hotel, in an excellent location. High level service. Free mini bar in the room. Remember it was my birthday and sent a bottle of champagne and a cake to the room which was impressive. The only thing the cleanliness of the bathroom was horrible.

Fantastic location for exploring the area around Sol, and a very reasonable hotel rate too. Really easy to explore the area (Museo del Prado, Royal Palace and botanical gardens all only 10 minute walk away).

Stayed there for an overnight, this boutique hotel is really lovely, welcoming and with a sleek design that will appeal to many. The doormen were very helpful and a great addition to the hotel. The room was very spacious, I love the attention to detail with the salt baths. Nice touch. Location is top notch within walking distance of the Prado museum and the retiro gardens, some very nice restaurants nearby. 30 min by taxi/uber to the airport. It felt like a treat. Everything is perfect!

Very happy with our stay. Perfectly clean rooms, food available late when we got in to check in at night, breakfast available until 11/12 depending on day of the week. We didn't spend much time there but any staff we did interact with were all friendly and helpful in either English or Spanish.

Great location

Another excellent stay. Very quiet and comfortable. Red level service first rate. Best Eggs Benedict ever!

Great shops nearby and the property was clean. Staff were very friendly and attentive too

Perfect location for event at Palacio Vistalegre Arena. Super clean. Lockers where we could leave our bags after check out which was really useful.

Great location. Fab rooftop bar. Staff first class. This is our second time at the hotel and we will definitely be back

We stayed here for 3 nights in November and it was superb. The Hotel was beautiful and in a lovely part of the city although it's a fair walk to the city centre (30 minutes). There is a Metro station about 100yds away which made getting around Madrid easy. The underground system is clean, safe, cheap and very straightforward to use. We didn't eat at the Hotel but the menus looked amazing. The room was spotless and the bed was the most comfortable and the largest we ever stayed in. The staff...

Beautiful hotel and the free airport shuttle was just the cherry on top. Go here if you’re in transit.
