Great hotel! Would stay there again.

Everything is perfect!

Beautiful hotel and the free airport shuttle was just the cherry on top. Go here if you’re in transit.

Massive bed, big bright airy room, and Dominos pizza for room service. Need I say more :-)

Very conveniently located just outside the airport are in a nice peaceful neighbourhood. Hotel was great and the food was also good.

Very friendly and caring staff. There was a variety of Food, snacks and drinks. The only issue is the shower room. Water was passing through the side of the door and the bathroom floor was very wet everytime someone had a shower. But overall, we had a pleasant stay. Nice restaurants and bars around too.

Everything was good, no problems at all

Helpful staff, comfortable room, good location.

A great hotel in a great location. The hotel was great value and the staff were really helpful. All in all I would certainly recommend to anyone.

Have stayed at this hotel on 2 occasions and both have been good. I cant comment on proximity to anything else as it was a business trip and convenient for my travel needs. I do have to comment on the most powerful shower I've ever encountered - awesome.

We stayed here for 3 nights in November and it was superb. The Hotel was beautiful and in a lovely part of the city although it's a fair walk to the city centre (30 minutes). There is a Metro station about 100yds away which made getting around Madrid easy. The underground system is clean, safe, cheap and very straightforward to use. We didn't eat at the Hotel but the menus looked amazing. The room was spotless and the bed was the most comfortable and the largest we ever stayed in. The staff...

Great location

A1 from start to finish, not least Paloma, who’s a shining star!

Nice stay. Rooms were a tad basic especially the bathroom. Strangely was provided with only two tiny pillows for a king bed (which the staff rectified with a couple of additional). Lighting was either bright or bright. No mirror outside of the bathroom. Lighting in the bathroom was poorly positioned for the sink. The swimming pool was pretty small for such a large hotel and very busy. Breakfast was competent without being outstanding. The cooked breakfast was disappointing - bland and not up to...

Another excellent stay. Very quiet and comfortable. Red level service first rate. Best Eggs Benedict ever!

Very unique hotel room which was stunningly designed - very nice hotel and easy to access from public transport.
