"All the staff were very helpful especially Francesco. He was so accommodating. They could speak English and it really helped us a lot because we couldn't speak Spanish. The place was nice , clean & comfortable. Although the place was located in the high street, it was so quiet. The wifi was good. There were lots of restaurants nearby to chose from. It was very accessible to public transportation. Hope that there is Suites you Mercury in other country. "

"I stayed in a lovely little studio that made excellent use of a small space. It had everything I needed, except perhaps an outdoor space, but Madrid has many beautiful outdoor spaces. The studio was super clean as well, and away from noisy areas of the city, though everything was pretty much within walking distance. When it came time to leave, I waited less than 2 minutes to find a taxi right outside the main entrance. "
