A wonderful room with a great view, although I didn't like how the bathroom door had a gap built into it. You never know how new cuisine is going to sit with your stomach, and I'd prefer a door that shuts fully in a room with such stink potential. But everything else about it was amazing, I felt very posh staying there.

Great location! Buffet breakfast was excellent with a variety of food. The elevators are tricky to use at the beginning, but once you learn it’s all good. The rooftop was OK, overcrowded, take your picture/video and leave. Staff was friendly. Close to Metro and shopping. Excellent if you want to take the metro to Santiago Bernabéu, right outside the door :)

I highly recommend you go up to the roof top terrace to see the view (free for hotel guests). Also, the breakfast is really good. Such a great way to start the day before exploring the city. I strongly suggest choosing this option when you book.

Great location. Huge hotel but very well run- we had no wait at check in and were seated immediately for the large breakfast buffet every day. The best is the big rooftop bar that had really long lines of people waiting to go in or get a table, but as a hotel guest we just walked out and were seated on two occasions. Notable complaint- we were there March 17-20 and while it was cool at night it was warm during the days and our room was very warm. The building did not have their air conditioning turned on yet. It is too noisy to sleep with the windows opened so it was a bit uncomfortable and disappointing.

Air conditioning only functions to warm the room but not to cool it down. In March, our 25th story room was too hot for my wife to sleep comfortably. Summer may be hard to bear for some. All night parties on the roof also kept us up at night due to noise. We had our windows open for temperature regulation due to the lack of AC, and it may not have been as noisy if they were closed. However, I don't understand why any hotel would allow parties all night until dawn, 5:30, on the roof. The bedding had stains. However, the white marble bathroom was obviously clean, and I appreciated the smell of vinegar from cleaning in all of the towels. The staff were great, and the breakfast was spectacular. I just had a lot of difficulty being comfortable in my room and sleeping due to noise.
