Great location, I upgraded my room for only €20 a night and it was worth it. Great staff and amazing breakfast buffet. I would come back to the same hotel for sure.

This property is well hidden right in the central area of Madrid. The room was pretty quiet and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The area is walkable to some main areas and there is a taxi pick up right in front.

The staff were very helpful and really did everything they could to help us with a small noise issue. Area is central but like being in Leicester Square Very convenient for shopping and eating but not quite old town of Madrid so that’s important to note Tacos very local, rooftop bar was amazing. Pretty hotel but not amazing rooms for sharing with friends- better for couples I think Really enjoyed our stay

The rooftop bar was great. Room was very clean and comfortable, location is perfect for the city as everything is walkable. Great breakfast served until 12. Ideal hotel for a city break, couldnt fault it.
