While the receptionist, Ms. Indira, was very helpful when I reached, we were not happy with the stay after that. The AC was not working on both room and restaurant, and whenever we called for housekeeping, they were very delayed and many other issues. We really wasted our money for no reason.""

The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained, offering everything I needed to relax.
