Hotel staff are simply AMAZING! Friendly, knowledgeable and generally happy.
The only negative was the Lexus taxis operating outside the hotel. DO NOT USE THEM! Use a local taxi or Uber.
They take you on routes to avoid cheap tolls, they are also very expensive. Rude and unsafe drivers.

The hotel itself is brilliant. Well equipped with some of the friendliest staff around.
The only issue is the surrounding area is a building site. The noise is rarely an issue unless you open your balcony door but it also means there is nothing to do around the property nor are there any nearby places to eat/visit This is offset by the good transport links and the excellent free valet parking.

Amazing hotel. Fabulous room. Good location. The staff were all exceptional. Unfortunately the pool was closed for maintenance. If I had to be really picky, the wardrobe is too small & no drawers. Didn't hamper the stay & would definitely stay here again. They even left balloons on bed for my birthday 🎂

I stayed at property for 6 Days with my family. It was really a good experience with Zabeel House By Jumeirah. Staff is very polite and helpful. They took care of all my needs during the stay. Breakfast was good with lots of options. It's located near Dubai Internet city metro station , Dubai RTA bus stand is just opposite to the hotel. There is a supermarket at the corner. I enjoyed all the facilities like swimming pool , Gym . Room service is fast.

We are a family with under 3 toddler. The hotel was super for everything, clean, friendly staff, very helpful and polite. Even in the event of coronavirus, the hotel made perfect arrangements to ensure safety of guests. The hotel is ideally located immediately next to Marina mall and many restaurants, plus the wonderful marina walk. Highly recommended and excellent value.
