The hotel itself was very good customer service and amazing housekeeping. The staff was always helpful, the rooms are nice and clean. The only thing I would say we didn’t enjoy was the location. The area is really busy and has a lot of traffic due to construction but other than that the hotel is great. Some great cafes in the area too!

Beautiful new and clean hotel. Great staff service unfortunately felt like we have been
Amazed with the new hotel! Facilities were outstanding and the staff were so lovely- especially May on the front desk who made a fuss of me for my birthday which was so cute
My husband and I had a very pleasant stay at Ciel Hotel Dubai. The overall experience was smooth, comfortable, and truly enjoyable. What stood out the most was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff.
A special thank you to Ganesh, who was welcoming and attentive, as well as Witness, who was equally warm and helpful. Their positive attitude and genuine hospitality made the stay even more memorable.
We would recommend this hotel and definitely stay here again.
Stunning views. Didn’t really like the lobby area, there was no one to greet us and had to walk up to lobby which seemed small compared to hotel. AC was just not working throughout hotel. It felt pretty hot, asked to get it fixed but never made a bit of difference. Better fix it before summer!

I’ve been to Dubai many times, but this was my first stay in the Marina, and unfortunately it just wasn’t for me.
The hotel itself felt confusing from the start, with two different entrances that weren’t clearly explained. The pool area was disappointing it struggled to get proper sunlight because of the surrounding buildings, which really takes away from the experience. The Marina location also felt quite isolated, with very little around the hotel. I personally much prefer JBR, which has more atmosphere and things to do within walking distance.
The room was fine but nothing memorable or special. On the positive side, the lobby and common areas were nicely decorated and visually impressive.
While the staff were polite, the level of attentiveness felt over the top. I prefer to relax without being constantly approached, and at times it felt a bit stifling rather than welcoming.
Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay, but it didn’t suit my preferences, and I’m unlikely to stay here again.
One of the best service I every had in a hotel. I love how friendly the whole stuff is. Especially the bar team at the pool level 11, the whole breakfast crew and the stuff at the lounge. Even in swimwear in the lounge they treated us like we’re suited up.
The only problem - the infinity pool. It is not part of the hotel and run by a other company. So you have to book it in advance and pay. The price is crazy, we payed 500 AED. The pool itself is tiny. We only were informed at we went to the pool that we have to pay for it. They should communicate it before you book the room.
The variety of food available at breakfast was great, the design of the space meant it is very hectic. The staff were very well-trained, almost to a fault. The huge problem was the lifts. There were the teething problems with the lifts not working properly, meaning we learnt we had to leave 15 mins earlier. Being on floor 52 were stopping sometimes 10 times on the way, often at phantom stops. Being high up is NOT a bonus. To get to the cocktail bar we had to go all the down to come all the way back up - bonkers! Once in the lift you can't change floors. Some lift entrances were mini corridors so once you let wveryone out the lift doors would close before anyone could get in.
The other issue was the internet. All our business calls in the room kept dropping - 8 times in a one hour call.
The pool is very nice. The staff are very nice. The food is very good. I hope that with properly working lifts, that part of the frustration would be better. And improved interent would help especially as it is a business rather than holiday hotel. And fuests of more than oerson need to know the bathroom is glass so a light that goes on in the middle if the night will wake you up!!
The coffee in the coffee shop on the Lobby level is excellent
