Staff was outstanding. Excellent location, which is close to the beach, the Marina, shops, restaurants and transit (to downtown, etc.). I highly recommend the food option, which includes both breakfast (massive buffet) AND dinner (3 course meals). Would definitely stay here again.

We arrived at the hotel before the check in time and the hotel was very helpful with getting us an early check in. When we went to our room I went to use the bathroom and then was trapped inside. We were unable to open the door. My husband went to try and open the door and the glass began to shatter. I was trying to hold the door so it did not fall in pieces and to avoid getting hurt. My husband called reception to inform them and to send someone urgently. At first they replied that it would take 10-15 mins, unfortunately by the time someone came I lost control of the door and it collapsed. Thankfully there was not much glass anywhere but it was scary to think thankfully my daughter was not in the bathroom. The hotel moved us to another room fairly swiftly which I was grateful for, unfortunately it was not the same as the room I originally booked but we made do as it was only for two nights. The hotel itself was nice and the staff were fairly helpful apart from when I requested for a car to take us to the airport and when we reached downstairs there was no car we was informed we can easily get a taxi. It was 7am in the morning and thankfully we did get an uber but it would have helped if the hotel did arrange a car for us. I do not think I would stay at this hotel again. The location looked great in the map as you can see JBR but the walk was still quite long as you had to walk to the bottom of the road and go all away around you cannot just walk across the street.
