Thought the staff in general from the room attendants to the beach staff were all highly professional .Everyone always had a smile on their face and nothing was too difficult . I'm certainly looking forward to my return in April, I just hope the weather is a bit better [ ha ha ]

I have just returned from 5 nights at the Jumeirah Dal Al Masyaf, Dubai I wanted somewhere special for my husbands 40th Birthday so turned to Trip Advisor for help. It was rated number 1 so booked for that reason. The number one spot is well deserved. We were treated like royalty from the minute we arrived. Amazing hotel! The room was beautiful with amazing bathroom. The service was incredible and they went out of their way to show you around the hotel and the facilities. The restaurants and bars were fantastic and the private beach was great. So much better than other hotels on the Palm!

Hotel newly opened, facilities second to none - but not if you're a technophobe! (no light switches). Great to be part of larger complex including internal waterways and golf buggy type transportation around a vast site. Hotel right next door to Burj Al Arab, with many rooms having direct view of prominent Dubai skyline feature. Separate adult pool was a big plus.

Excellent hotel , location , lovely food , the staff are just so friendly but as we all know Dubai standards are high.

The staff, ie the reception, cleaners and the restaurant staff were so polite, attentive, very helpful and the room service staff

Arrived early and received an upgrade so I could access my room earlier than 3pm.

Location perfect private beach with private beach club! Free water on and around pool and beach. Room was beautiful space and everything you need. Aircon and food beautiful really nice brrakfast, lunch and dinner!!

We have just returned from a fantastic 1 week stat at the JA Palm Tree Court hotel staying on an all inclusive basis. We would highly recommend the all inclusive package as the quality and choice of food & drink at all times was simply amazing and provided great value for money. The beach/ pools/ restaurants / bars throughout the hotel are all superb and the level of professionalism and attentiveness from all members of hotel staff is second to none. Stayed at this hotel for 4 days, and really enjoy everything about it. We had the 2 bedroom suite for 4 of us 2 adults and 2 children, which was fabulous, very spaceous with a beautiful view of the pool, beach and sea. I think the atmosphere in this hotel is on another level. If you don’t like people and great service then this is not the place for you. It is busy and the service is excellent, it was my second stay and it didn’t disappoint. Great ambiance.
