"Great to have shared facilities with other hotels giving access to restaurants. Upgraded to all inclusive package disappointing that the bar closed by 10.30pm. Staff by the pool were very attentive, slightly slow service at the latitude bar however Gaurav and Rackesh were very welcoming. Hotel now slightly dated, restaurants and food was great throughout."

I will give a shout-out to Manager Noel, Guest servic- desk associate Mona Lisa, and Simon the bell man. They were very tremendous in assisting us during the Strikes of the gulf War. The ensure guests are well situated even for those who have run out of funds."

The restaurant staff were fantastic, the pool and beach teams were attentive and friendly, concierge and reception were incredibly helpful, and even the spa staff were wonderful.
