"The accommodation was lovely. However, the personnel at reception in B2 were awkward and not welcoming. Even at check out they were difficult to read and not friendly, instead they were awkward. House cleaning was definitely not up to standard. They did not was dirty dishes left in the sink, they did not provide water bottles when they cleaned the room. "We had a great stay at Radiance suites. We had a two bedroom suite with 2 full bathrooms en-suite and a separate washroom off the lounge. The kitchen had everything we needed including a washing machine. There was a supermarket across the road and lots of various restaurants nearby. The hotel was very clean and room service was offered every day . The staff were all very friendly, especially George who greeted us with a big smile each time we saw him . We will return ."
