Came for a short break with a friend for 3 nights as a treat from hubby. Trying to choose the ideal hotel can be an exciting yet exhausting task but I'm so happy that we finally chose this one and it certainly lived up to expectations.
Beautiful sea view, phenomenal breakfast on the ground floor from fresh squeezed juices to pancakes and omelettes cooked in front of you all you can ask for and more. On arrival we were greeted by a lovely gentleman who checked us in - Ahmed. He was so polite...

This is the second time I have stayed at the Towers Rotana hotel. It is well positioned, just 200 meters from the metro that will take you to all the places to see. The hotel staff are excellent and helpful. The rooms, although expensive compared to hotels out of the main town area, are clean, quiet and ideal. We did not have breakfast this time as we thought it quiet expensive. The only down comment we can make is the allowed smoking in Long's Bar.This drifts up into the lobby and especially...

Overall we really enjoyed our stay, staff were helpful, lovely hotel just a couple of minutes walk to beach. The breakfast was excellent a lot of variety. The only slight downfall was waiting to get access to our room when we arrived , it would have been good if we were allocated another room whilst waiting as we had to wait along time. Otherwise me and my husband really loved our stay and would definitely visit again.

3rd visit having tried other local hotels. This is better for location, facilities and above all staff. Girls in the exec suite (Jamesse for example) are lovely and can’t do enough for you.

The quality of service for the price I paid was beyond what I could have imagined. The other hotels near it cost more and offer less than what delta hotels by Marriott are offering. I was overall extremely pleased with the service carried out. I will definitely be choosing this hotel for the next time I am in Dubai.

We had to wait some time for the room but still got it before the scheduled time (we arrived early). Room was very nice, facilities were great, beach was great, almost everything was excellent. Only one issue was the pool bar where the staff were not really on top of which customer was next in the queue and they also had the habit of serving multiple customers at once and missing drinks of peoples order. This for me was a minor inconvenience and something for them to work on. Overall though i...

I chose this hotel as the location was perfect for what I wanted to explore in and around the Deira district. Some hotels advertise themselves as a 5 star when in fact they are a four star. The Al Bandar Rotana is the top end of a 5 star hotel. The patrons, bar staff, reception, cleaners are all very friendly, very welcoming and helpful.
The cleanliness of our room was 1st class and the hotel as a whole is very clean. We were very pleased with the hotel and will stay again as they have...

This is our 5th 7 day holiday to Dubai, we have stayed on the Palm twice and Jumeriah Beach twice.
We booked this hotel in particular because of its location to the Marina ( 5 mins ) and JBR ( 10 mins ) also that you could share the facilities at the adjoining hotel, which was a great bonus.
The hotel offered everything, clean, good food, bars and of course the famous Barista bar that we had a ball in ( don't believe the negative comments ) its so not true!

We have just returned from a fantastic 1 week stat at the JA Palm Tree Court hotel staying on an all inclusive basis. We would highly recommend the all inclusive package as the quality and choice of food & drink at all times was simply amazing and provided great value for money. The beach/ pools/ restaurants / bars throughout the hotel are all superb and the level of professionalism and attentiveness from all members of hotel staff is second to none. The Sheraton Hotel is the ideal hotel for exploring Dubai. Although it is at the southern end of the city the Metro and tram stops are just a few minutes walk away, as is the Marina, an enjoyable mixture of boats, shops, and restaurants. The Walk, with beachside shops and restaurants, is adjacent to the hotel. The room was very comfortable, and the beds were particularly so, which is not always the case in a hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and made us feel special. We were...
