Great location, central to the Burj Khalifa/ Dubai Mall & the Palm. Very near the metro, easy to get cabs/ Uber. 20 mins from the airport. Great pool area on the roof with good views over the city & to the coast/ Burj Al Rab. Reasonable prices, good breakfast served until a very civilised 12 o’clock. Recommended.

This is my 2nd stay at this property. The staff members make the experience of staying at this hotel a great one. from the front desk to the restaurant, to the staff who maintain the rooms to the security and especially the staff who make the omelettes in the morning. Each and evey one smiled were polite. The question is will i stay here again . Awnser A big yeah each and everytine i come back to dubai this will be the hotel i stay in. I jus wanted to say a big thankyou to Hilton garden in mall...

Loved our stay at Rose Park Hotel. The hotel is in a great location just opposite the train station should you want to catch the metro. The hotel itself is very pretty from the inside and the room we stayed in was fantastic with so much space and 2 bathrooms, perfect for the 2 of us. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with all of our requests and made our stay very relaxed. The pool was lovely and a great way to pass the time.

Fantastic hotel, great customer service. Lovely room. We had an upgrade to a junior suite (complimentary) and it was amazing. Can't say enough good things about the hotel. Staff were super professional and really welcoming. Mall being next door was great for food - the Cheesecake Factory downstairs is superb! Loved everything about this hotel - can't wait to go back!

Lovely break in a very relaxed atmosphere. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Reception staff very helpful.

Lived up to its standards as a 4 Star Hotel. Comfortable bed and a powerful rain shower provided the necessary comfort. Buffet B’fast although didn’t stand out as truly exceptional, met it’s needs. Metro station was a brisk 15 minute walk with the Mall of Emirates 20 minutes. Didn’t use the rooftop pool, however on observation they appeared to be plenty of sun beds available and a decent size pool. I would certainly use this hotel again.

Overall excellent I would say. Staff very helpful, knowledgeable, extremely polite and nice to talk to. Very clean, nothing too much trouble. Excellent buffet breakfast, nice little snack store too if you need anything extra. Pool was fantastic, very comfy loungers and seating by the pool bar was comfortable. Hotel is located less than 10 minutes from the Mall of the Emirates and 2 metro stations which is very handy. There are always taxis outside which are very reasonably priced if you need to...

This was a great little hotel, I would recommend and stay again. I did have one issue when using the pool, we could not move umbrellas or beds to stay in the shade the pool guys were great but somebody had clearly dictated some odd rules the guys had to work to. They were very polite and helpful, clearly not their fault.

Very close to the metro, malls, restaurants, not far from the beaches, burj khalifa and burj al Arab. The rooms are very clean and hotel has onsite parking. The staff are always cheerful, help and make the experience even better

Lovely hotel in a great location a stones throw away from The Mall of the Emirates. The smell of the hotel was lovely, the air conditioning much needed and the roof top pool was delightful. The only downsides were that the towels could do with an upgrade and there was no English TV channels. The staff were all very pleasant and when they found out it was our wedding anniversary we had some lovely touches put in our room. We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Kind enough to let me check in at 8am within 20 minutes of arrival even though check in time was 3pm - this was very helpful after a long journey. Location is 7 minute walk from Mall of the Emirates with metro station within mall, 15 minutes to Dubai Mall in one direction and 15 minutes to Jumeirah Beach Residence in the opposite direction via metro then tram. Very clean hotel. Gym was a bit small with limited facilities.

Checking in was easy. The staff could not do enough for us and very courteous. We would recommend this hotel to everybody visiting Dubai.

I was travelling alone and this Hotel was in a perfect position for me as it was only 5 minutes walk from the metro which I used a lot to travel around. I also used the Metro to get to and from the Airport. The Hotel was only 10 minutes walk from Mall of the Emirates and on the way there are a couple of restaurants. Enjoyed our stay very much, plenty of food at breakfast pastires fruits and cooked food and staff are very freindly and helpful, we stayed during the expo so the hotel was very busy, arrived at hotel 3am to check in and the receptionist named Jeffersson was very nice and he upgraded us for free and gave us a spacious room. House keeping was very helpful anything we needed was provided, not many hotels now days provide you with slippers and toothbrush for free .... also plently of bottled water...
