The hotel itself is brilliant. Well equipped with some of the friendliest staff around. The only issue is the surrounding area is a building site. The noise is rarely an issue unless you open your balcony door but it also means there is nothing to do around the property nor are there any nearby places to eat/visit This is offset by the good transport links and the excellent free valet parking.

Just returned from a recent stay at this hotel. The location was fabulous right by Dubai Marina. Nothing was too much trouble and we were very well looked after by Lalit, Rafiq Jay and Harry. The apartment was a deluxe one bedroom apartment overlooking the marina from the 29th floor. The location was vibrant. This is my second stay at this hotel, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and very helpful, especially the front desk and housekeeping teams, who provide excellent service. The hotel's location is ideal, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It's also just a 10-minute walk to the Mall of the Emirates, making it very convenient. I will definitely continue to stay here whenever I need an apartment in Al Barsha, Dubai. Highly recommended!

Being the second time visiting Dubai to visit a friend, I was trying to find a cost effective hotel to stay. This hotel was perfect, it felt brand new with all the amenities you could need - pool, gym, kitchen in room. I liked the small touches that make a big difference to the stay - complimentary tea/coffee, 2 bottles of water (daily without fail), free wifi. So close to the metro, might be less than 100m walk. Stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment with a sea view. Very spacious, with easy access to the beach and 'the walk' with a number of shops and restaurants. Great for the kids and the grown ups too.

Checking in was easy. The staff could not do enough for us and very courteous. We would recommend this hotel to everybody visiting Dubai.

Good location, near marina and train station

I was travelling alone and this Hotel was in a perfect position for me as it was only 5 minutes walk from the metro which I used a lot to travel around. I also used the Metro to get to and from the Airport. The Hotel was only 10 minutes walk from Mall of the Emirates and on the way there are a couple of restaurants.
