"The hotel was really good, clean, and in great condition. It has all the amenities that you could need, the breakfast spread was awesome. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I was there during the rain storm which was quite insane. The staff in all of this was very good, they tried their best to make the guests as comfortable as possible and help them in any way needed. "Big sized apartments, we stayed in a one bed apartment which one had stand in balcony which we were slightly dissapointed with. Kitchen is well equipped however they do not have a toaster which i was slightly dissapointed with. Bathroom is little dated don't like the fact they have shower curtains. Staff are very helpful. Location is great as its close to MOE and easy to get onto the main roads. Overall was a good stay for what we paid for. "

"I want to be fare here the hotel is good. I booked it because it supposed to honor gold vip status They didn’t even bother looking at this so why even advertise accepting vip status in your hotel. There is an issue with water mixer in the room you have two choice or burning water or cold water. When the AC compressor is off you get mold smell of the ducts i bet never ever cleaned and moldy due to high humidity. The hotwl is clean staff are not rude but not super friendly at the same time poker...

"My flight landed a couple of days after the flood. I got to the hotel in the wee hours of the morning exhausted. The hotel was booked up but Derick the receptionist spoke with someone in the reservations department and they managed to find me a room. I was so grateful for that! From the time I checked in, I have been treated with nothing but respect. The time I spent in the restaurant eating breakfast has been very pleasant as well.
