"Our stay in New York was amazing! The hotel location is incredible and made it very easy to explore the city. The hotel itself is very good, super clean and organized, and we felt very comfortable during our stay. We loved everything! As a suggestion, it would be great if they had a minibar in the room, as it would make the experience even better. Other than that, everything was wonderful and we would definitely stay there again!"

"Beautiful hotel. They have just recently/are currently doing an upgrade on the elevators..... and they get PACKED. And you have to wait awhile to get one. Other than that, and having a little trouble figuring out the shower, things were great. The concierge were great! Very informative and helpful. The Bridge Lounge is beautiful and our server was fantastic. "

"We had a great stay. After reading all the negative reviews I was worried. The check in line is long and the hotel is very crowded but that was the only negative. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfy. We used the 35$ daily fee for coffee and snacks. We also took advantage of the free 2 hour bike rental. Great location."

"This is our second trip to this hotel. Always, a great stay-especially if you're looking for a location that is literally in Times Square! This was one of our guest's first NYC experience and she loved the convenience of the Tempo. Staff were courteous, professional, and helpful. Rooms were clean-views were good from our location."
