"Amazing place "

"I didn't have breakfast in the hotel, the arcades place is nice for the kids, swimming pool and pool bar is very nice....big rooms and comfortable beds. "

"We stayed here because it was selected by the person organizing our trip. Overall, I found it overpriced for what was offered. At check-in, we received a small pretzel and popcorn, but beyond that, there weren’t many amenities that justified the cost. It also felt like there were extra fees for everything. We were told there would be a $200 incidental hold, but the front desk initially attempted to charge $300. Thankfully, my daughter noticed, and it was corrected. There is a small water park on the property, but it’s nothing particularly impressive. Considering how much guests pay to stay here, I was surprised that parking is not included. We chose not to bring a car and relied on the hotel shuttle, which runs on a limited schedule. Getting to Magic Kingdom was inconvenient—we had to take a bus to EPCOT, then a train, followed by a ferry. On the return, we were told we could skip the ferry, but ended up at the wrong bus depot and missed the last shuttle. Since the park closed at 11 PM, it would have been helpful if transportation ran later. We ultimately had to take an Uber back. Overall, the hotel itself was decent, but for the price point, it doesn’t offer enough value. I would not return or recommend it."

"It was a great space for our family. My only regret is we didn’t stay longer. It was absolutely what the listing said, great location, space, and very clean."

"We were given a top floor room on request, unfortunately, there wasn’t much to see! Not the hotel’s fault. We like the convenience to two of the parks. The only thing we didn’t like was how cold the temperature was throughout the building. We had to turn our thermostat off to be at all comfortable in our room. "

"We had a party of 12 and 3 rooms. Everything was great. The elevator situation was a little slow but it got you where you need to be."

"Check inn was 4 and room wasn’t ready until 8pm. I was told they would wave my parking fees but that was not done. When arriving to room the carpets were soaking wet. The thermostat was set to 70degrees F but the room never once reached below 77 which was very stuffy and uncomfortable to sleep in. Overall room was clean. The staff was friendly. The pool was very clean minus the dying / sick raccoon by the kiddie pool but staff did handle situation professionally and safely. Won’t be booking through Expedia again. Prices are very deceiving and unreliable. Was hit with unexpected fees a day before check in. "
