"This property has multiple dining options, including a very large dining hall that has full breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. There are definitely healthier, delicious options which is nice to have on vacation. There is a Starbucks on location as well (no mobile order option however, lines are very long in the AM). So convenient. Shuttles to and from the Universal locations very frequently. Or you can take the walking path from the resort which takes approx. 17 minutes to Universal CityWalk and you can skip the long security lines to get into the park (our little hack), they have their own small security when you arrive to the end of the path. Our room was clean, quiet and exactly what my 2 kids (15 and 10) and I needed to relax and unwind in. The pool area and lazy river were lovely. My suggestion would be to go down at 9am to grab chairs if you want to have a pool day, it can get very busy as the day goes on. This resort really has just about every amenity that you may need, of course you are paying resort prices but that is to be expected. I would definitely stay here again! "

"The he hotel is in a fantastic location on international drive with lots of places to eat/drink in walking distance. Itrolley stop outside so even easier to get to more restaurants, outlet malls an seaworld. Walmart only $5 away in a taxi. All staff at the hotel very helpful and friendly. Room serviced every day too. "

"Excellent property to stay at for anything Disney, especially if you have children. They feed you free breakfast, which is delicious, give you a kickback, which is basically a free dinner every night, and free popcorn for your kids from 4 to 8, Buses to everything Disney including Disney Springs, which is walkable also. The staff is amazing and the rooms are fantastic. I cannot say enough about this hotel. I will definitely be back with my family."

"Hotel was super clean and the pool and jacuzzi were amazing. Also loved that they had a Starbucks downstairs. The breakfast buffet was a bit over priced but the food was excellent and our waiter was SO SWEET! Would definitely stay again :)"
