"We were at Disney parks all week so did not use the hotel amenities. The property is very large and has many other buildings that are timeshares. The rooms did not have housekeeping services which I did not like. You have to wash your towels in the laundry room down the hallway. Free parking. 20 minutes from Disney and close to lots of chain restaurants. "

"The room was disgusting, asked staff to clean the toilet that had stains all along the body, they failed to clean it. Sheets had small droplets of some kind of blood or dirt they didn’t change the sheets. So I just slept in my cloths on top of the comforter. This was a last minute stay for work and I will not be staying here ever again "

"Pool looked a little dirty cloudy, lazy river was better. Cleaning staff for the room left some things unclean. I think place is ok, we had a great view only thing that was amazing at location."

"They tried to charge for parking when that clearly was not in the Expedia listing. They did end up removing the charge but that argument was right after arriving from a long drive and it set a bad tone for the vacation. "

"We were put in the old room which needs updating. I asked to change my room to a renovated room which was way better for a small fee. I would suggest giving the guest a choice before just putting them in an old room."

"Everything was great except they had an internet issue, because I found out later a worker had accidentally cut a line or something to that effect. My only other complaint is the rudeness of one of the workers at the Starbucks on the property. She was so rude to me infront of my 11 year old I had to explain to him that sometimes people have bad days and are just not kind. I was going to Starbucks daily but stopped after that just to avoid her. Other than that workers are super kind and helpful. I’ve never stayed at a Westgate before but there is so much to do on the grounds without ever leaving. I definitely recommend them and plan on returning. "
