"I have stayed at Rosen properties for fun trips to Orlando. But on this occasion we had evacuated during Hurricane Milton, and the entire staff could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. This was my second time staying for a weather related emergency. Hopefully it will be the last, but i am thankful for their kindness while also dealing with this beast of a storm themselves. "

"I needed a hotel with a shuttle to SFB airport for an early morning flight. I called the morning I was to check in to reserve a spot on the shuttle and was told I couldn’t do it until I checked in. I didn’t check in until 9:30 pm and was told the shuttle I needed was full. The front desk clerk also said I could’ve checked in earlier and was told incorrectly. "Beautiful hidden gem. Staff were always friendly. Excellent facilities in the suites, and we got a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom king suite without asking. Housekeeping called Wednesday and Sunday and made up beds which was an unanticipated treat, plus cleared all bins and replenished all towels, and kitchen provisions. Couldn't fault this resort hotel, and we have siad we would not hesitate in coming back. Excellent central location in Kissimmee and perfect for easy reach to all things Disney! ...
