"We had a great time during our stay. However the closet door fell on us upon arrival and the we never had housekeeping come without calling to change sheets or give us towels. We waited until the night to make sure they maybe just hadn’t gotten to us yet. But other than that we loved walking downstairs to the food court and the pools were amazing!!!"

"I spent two days here and I really liked my stay. Most people I asked questions to were very helpful. The resort is clean, relaxing and beautiful. The only thing I would suggest is some of the staff in the market are not friendly and don’t seem to want to assist when you have a question. They weren’t even busy and it seemed like I was bothering them. There is one lady with blonde hair and as I was leaving she was so kind and helpful. I wish I got her name she was so kind. Overall my review is good I just wanted to share because I’m a manager myself and we know how important customer service. I would definitely try again. Thank you "
