We travelled for nine hours to be told there was no AC and we should find somewhere else to stay because they said our room was the hottest one facing the sun. No I’m worries, offers, but handed us a fan over the counter. We asked receptionist to call us a taxi and paid 400 more to stay elsewhere. Super disappointed especially at the end of a long journey.

I live the room it was very n clean. I stopped by early and the young women was not very cordial when asked check in time she never even look up at me. She was not very nice. The young that received us later that was absolutely 💯 awesome. She perfect and so was the rest of the staff i encounter.

Just 5m outside of down town Orlando with a straight shot into down town. Great staff, great price and GREAT rooms. Would definitely book again.
