We had a wonderful family vacation at The Grove Resort. The resort is beautiful, the water park was a big hit with our children, and the rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The location is also very convenient. The staff was always polite and tried their best to help whenever we had questions. We especially appreciate the management for listening to our concerns and working to resolve them. The only area that could be improved is housekeeping, as our room was cleaned quite late during the day on some occasions. Aside from that, our stay was enjoyable, and we would be happy to return in the future. Thank you to everyone at The Grove Resort for helping make our family vacation a memorable one.

We had a 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom condo. We loved the balcony to watch the sunset. Also, the ability to take 3 showers at once. They had a washer and dryer with a store downstairs to buy amenities. We loved the waterpark with 2 waterslides and a lazy river. The 2nd pool area was equipped with 6 pools and a hot tub so it didn’t feel crowded at all. They also let us have late check out for 1 hour for free. Would recommend for a relaxing, close to restaurants vacation spot.

We enjoyed our stay , I feel like it was a little bit dirty in the rooms, and the cleaning services were always booked to clean the rooms, everything else was nice. Another thing we didn’t like that the arcades close super early because when it’s bad weather outside and all kids didn’t have nothing to do at night.

Room was missing a few items, but were provided soon after making a call. The furniture is a bit dated and the couch was stained terribly. Hallways and interior walking areas were not as clean but the grounds of the property were immaculate. My kids enjoyed all of the amenities- arcade, pool, and water park. It was a reasonable accommodation for the price paid. Even with the aforementioned, I would be willing to stay again just for the spacious size of the room, stayed in a 3bdrm, 3 bath suite.

Love the amenities here. Multiple pools, which are well kept. Very disappointed with the upkeep of the rooms. I had the 3 bedroom “superior” room which was very disappointing. The drapes and couch were damaged and stained. The kitchen was in need of an upgrade. Furniture throughout the condo was damaged as well. Carpets and paint in the hallways are in need of an upgrade. Overall it was an ok stay. I would return in the future if the rooms were upgraded.

The resort could use some updating, it’s dirty walking to your room. The carpet was dirty and had trash along the hallways. Overall our room was clean besides the stained pillows cases on the bed, the pillows are worn out so it’s hard to sleep on them. I had to bring my own. The activity center for kids is a joke there’s baby toys for the kids to play with and the employee there didn’t seem interested in anyone being there. He was rude and told us to look at the price list on the wall. There wasn’t much for the kids to do in there. Other than that it was a spacious place for a big family to stay but I would never book it again.

The room was nice everything was amazing just the part, I'm not so happy about is that I stayed there for 5 days and not once did they come to clean the room. And on top of that I didn't understand that they said everything is included but you actually have to pay $35 to do the surfing activitie. And also didn't like the fact that I had to pay $150 just for parking space shouldn't it be included with the stay? Also one thing I didnt like was that I paid all that money just for me to get a room where the hallway smells like cow where ever I go, I stayed in building number 3 on the second floor and there was a very unpleasant smell. It might be just me but I feel like for the price there should be more thing to do in the pool area.
