I love the area where the hotel is located. Very quiet and plenty of places to eat. This is my second time staying at this hotel and I have to say it would continue to stay there again. The only set back was that maid service does not come to your room to check if you need any supplies like tiolet tissue. I had to go to the front desk to ask for one because my room had run out.

The overall condition of property, inside and out was Stephanie and ASHLEY 5star. Well lite and secure parking , rooms are very clean, and spacious. Stove top, microwave and fridge , and bedding and mattress where just right.

I used to stay here for yearback when it was Red Roof and then OYO and right now it's even better! As usual, the hotel is very convenient, clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful! The manager has alway been very accomodating! Would recommend this place any day of the year!

Property was clean, well appointed, quiet and the parking was ample. Found this to be a good economical choice for stay in Winter Garden. The Denny's out front was convenient for dining as well. The staff were friendly and helpful. One thing I noted was that the door leading out to the pool area did not latch. This should be a key access only door for security reasons.

The area around is great, lots of nearby stores and restaurants and close to all attractions. The property itself smells a little like mildew and it smelled like marijuana all throughout the floor I was staying on. A little noisy throughout the night and there was a dog barking in the middle of the night in the room next door.

Check-in was nice, the young lady was friendly. I didn't get that much rest because the bed was to soft. My husband had a difficult time getting up off the bed to use the restroom (disabled) due to the bed being soft. It was listed as a full kitchen, but only has a full fridge and microwave and we only had one hand towel two dry towels. No was clothes to bathe with.

We came here to evacuate from Hurricane Milton, The staff was very friendly and did everything they could do to accommodate all the people Who were trying to escape the storm. It's Bare Bones but pet friendly and served its purpose for Our family. The maintenance people were up early the next morning clearing out all the debris from the parking lot and walkways. I would recommend staying here again and you can't beat the price!

Nice area and the staff was nice and very helpful. I booked a room for my two kids, thier dad and myself. I was only given two towels for 4 people. There were no washcloths to bathe so we had to go buy some. The kids were excited to go in the pool, but didn't get to go because it was dirty and had dead animals in it from the night before i was told by another tenant. They did not clean it. You could still see the fecal matter and a lot of leaves were still in it

When I first drove up to the property, I thought I might be sorry that I had selected the Suburban, but I was pleasantly surprised instead. Although the property is in serious need of updating, and the rooms are dark and old-fashioned, it was oddly comfortable. Because of its extended stay classification, the rooms are relatively large and have a full-size refrigerator, along with a sink, and cooktop. For an old building, our bathroom was freshly renovated and very clean, and the beds were oddly comfortable. I had spent a week traveling from South Florida to Winter Garden, and without hesitation, I can say that my most comfortable night’s sleep was at the Suburban. It was even more comfortable than the three nights I spent at the Hyatt in Boca Raton! My biggest pet peeve with any hotel is that I like the room cold while I sleep, but most hotel A/C’s cycle down at night and I end up sweating. Surprisingly, this was not the case at the Suburban. The room stayed cool all night, allowing me to sleep through the night comfortably, whereas I was sweating at the Hyatt. If you’re looking for a shiny, fancy hotel, this is not the place, but if you’re looking for a relatively inexpensive place to spend a couple of nights, it was definitely acceptable.

I am big on cleanliness, in case anyone else is like me- this is the only reason why i am leaving these comments: 1. You are charged for your stay with credit cards used on third party sites for booking PRIOR to arrival/check in. 2. The hotel was modest & felt cozy. 3. Your check in staff is either tired of their job or just not customer friendly. 4. Your guest have no respect for their neighbors or even the kids in the building with their loud business after hours. 5. My room had roaches, while they weren’t adult they were mid sized & smalls one roaming around the room & bathroom. 6. I don’t understand why or how it happened- we checked in for 2 nights & our room was not cleaned once. Nor were we offered extra towels, or at the bare minimum garbage bags to replace trash bins & avoid the roaches in the room. 7. Bathroom looked renovated & gave some sort of peace & cleanliness vibes. 8. Although we did not get our room cleaned, the halls & overall appearance of the hotel was fair/clean. Our stay was short & we are grateful to have found a room for our family. However, affordable pricing should not mean mediocre service or inhabitable rooms.

Not to bad for area.

Not bad. Was charged $7 extra when i arrived, couldn't understand the front desk girl because of her accent so I just accepted it. TV was a little small for the room as opposed to the fridge that seemed a little large for room. Bought some food from their "pantry" but they had no plastic ware for me to eat with. Why sell food if your don't offer some type of utensils. Other than that not to bad. Comfy bed.
