The property and community is beautiful but so many things were not great. The private pool heat was on the whole time and maintenance came 3 times and it was still boiling. The washer and dryer didn’t work. It took more than 36 hours for it to drain. Dryer didn’t turn on until maintenance came to fix it. We killed 4 cockroaches. The breakfast only has eggs, sausage, 3 danish Pasteur and toast. And when expressed these issues in a timely manner, they only offered $150 in Expedia key points. The kitchen comes with bare minimum pans and 1 pot. Not enough cleaning supplies for more than 2 days stay. The outdoors resort closes at 6pm which is the worst part bc it’s blazing hot to even go out before 6pm. Also if you have small children, all the furniture has sharp corners.

The place with your own swimming pool, water park, complimentary breakfast is awesome package! Definitely coming back.

Everything was perfect. The pool was cleaned an all the amenities were in excellent condition
