"This is our second trip to this hotel. Always, a great stay-especially if you're looking for a location that is literally in Times Square! This was one of our guest's first NYC experience and she loved the convenience of the Tempo. Staff were courteous, professional, and helpful. Rooms were clean-views were good from our location."

"extremely tired looking rooms with cracked vanity with big gaps; housekeeping is not thorough at check in time (found a bag of forgotten clothes as well as used train ticket inside drawer). Phone was disgustingly dirty and dusty."

"Toilet had problems. Drinking Water bottles never arrived at the room as front desk said it would. No parking for SUVs so had to find a private lot to park at. Bathroom was so tiny couldn’t move in it much less have 2 people use it at the same time. I could go on but will stop. It needs a big remodel, it’s old and needs work."

"Overall a great place to stay. Clean. Good staff. Lots of nearby food options - ate at Cook Eatery the most, especially for breakfast. Good Midtown location near Times Square."
