"Hotel was clean and in a decent location. Convenient if you are going to a Broadway show as you can hop on the 2 or 3 train and be in Times Square in 15 minutes. Little things were missing, like a Do Not Disturb sign in my room. I asked the front desk for one and they never sent someone up. The next day I had to ask Housekeeping for one. Another small irritation - only 2 elevators for all 28 floors. And those 2 elevators are shared with housekeeping; it wasn't uncommon to wait 10 or more minutes for an elevator. Very inconvenient if your key card didn't work and you had to go back to the front desk. Otherwise, a pleasant stay. "

"Location was great! They stored our luggage for us prior to our check-in time and after we checked out, so we could finish touring the area. The room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good.
