Déception
Pourtant habitués aux hôtels économiques, nous avons été très déçus. La chambre est plus petite que sur les photos, dans la nôtre, le lit était un matelas posé sur des espèces de caisses, une penderie sans cintres, 2 prises seulement, à côté de la porte donc hors de portée du lit et qui ont fonctionné de façon aléatoire (à 3 reprises, nos appareils ne se sont pas rechargés), le wi-fi ne fonctionnait que près de la porte en étant régulièrement déconnecté... Pas de ménage quotidien dans la chambre ni dans les parties communes, sur 8 nuits, il n'y a eu qu'un seul nettoyage de la salle de bain et des WC. La seule salle de bain a une baignoire sans rideau ni tapis de bain, c'est sale et dangereux. Nous avons eu la chance de tomber sur la personne qui nous a donné les clés quand nous sommes arrivés, sinon nous aurions du téléphoner et attendre (pas de réception), une personne est venue frapper à notre porte à 23h pour un problème de chauffage. Nous avons essayé de téléphoner plusieurs fois pour obtenir le code du wi-fi, personne n'a jamais répondu, et en envoyant un mail, on nous a répondu plus de 2 jours après complètement à côté et sans donner le code... Le logement est très mal isolé phoniquement. Seul point positif, la quartier, qui bien qu'assez loin du centre est bien desservi par les transports. Attention, il se trouve à Tower Hamlets à l'est et non à Maida Vale comme indiqué sur Hotels.com, j'attends d'ailleurs toujours une réponse à mon message au service client du 14/10.

췃놜에 연락춰를 못촷아서 0국 호퉬스닷퀌에 연롹했눈뒈 하는 도즁에 췌쿠인 쉬간인 8쉬릉 넘겨붜려숴 결국 그놜에 췌크인 못화구 돠음날에 한국튐에 연롹해서 붠호 봗아서 3쉬부터 줜화했는데 연롹을 한통도 안봗아서 결국 다쉬 0국 호퉬스닷퀌에 연롹했눼요 호퉬스닷퀌이랑 전화 2쉬간이나 하면서 시간놩비 웜청 하구 돈도 호퉬스돳컴이 계속 환불요청했눈데 쥔장bird키가 연락 다 씝어서 결국 4박5읠치 환뷸 하나도 못봗았숩니다. 아쥬 줬같으니 절대 가쥐뫄쉐요. 근춰 여행쥐랑의 거뤼도 별뤄로였슴
