This hotel is extremely well maintained, someone was always cleaning something no matter the time of day. The suite we had was perfect, with a kitchen, dining tale, sitting room, bedroom and bathroom, all for the same price as a basic room at the IHG hotel next door. The staff was friendly and helpful, the beach divine, over all 5/5 stars!
The only con is the food. The breakfast buffet was expensive and lukewarm, and not very good. We tried both lunch and dinner at the onsite restaurant, and neither was good and both expensive. Luckily, the hotel next door has fantastic food (though still expensive, lol) and can be walked to in about 1 min on the beach!
Absolutely stay here for the room though, the A/C is stellar, the beds comfy, and the room size exceptional.

Every little thing. The food, the pool, the staff, the lush surroundings and all the wildlife, I’ve literally never experienced anything like it! This was my 2nd trip and definitely not my last. I couldn’t recommend this place enough

Very respinsive staff.
Maintenance is completed promptly
Air Conditioning soaked the floor and damaged our clothes. Someone was aware of the situation as the put a towel outside our door, but didn't report the issue. Didn't appreciate that. We lost two pairs of shoes.

The toilet flush was broken took them hours to fix it. Once they supposedly fixed it the toilet just kept running. Food was terrible overall. I would not rate this hotel 5 stars. I think it was rated in correctly. Over priced and so disappointed.

We love this place, the staff and location are amazing. Can't find a better beach in Mexico. I do wish they would recover all of the stairs going from the beach to the ocean, very very slippery. We could also do without the membership sales speech, it's pretty heavy used car sales and to be honest ...
