Fantastic location for exploring Hollywood and Beverley Hills. The Starline (hop-on hop-off) sightseeing bus stopped immediately outside the front of the hotel. The hotel had great amenities and a stunning rooftop bar/restaurant and pool area with sun umbrellas. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend the hotel and we look forward to another visit soon.

I had travel problems but the managers at the hotel were extremely accommodating and fully assisted me. I love the hotel and the location. I hope to return soon. Thank you.

brilliant stay.

Stayed here for 5 nights with family, a new hotel (2 years old) everything was efficient from checking onwards. Staff were very helpful, property is pristine, fridge in room helps, only thing i didn't like was valet parking, there is no other option. overall great hotel and would definitely be using it again.

My family and I had a great stay at The Magic Castle. The hotel has a charming retro vibe which we really enjoyed, the location is perfect for Hollywood-based activities. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and ensure we enjoyed our stay. We had some issues with extremely noisy people in the room above us but all complaints were dealt with swiftly and with compassion. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, I can't explain home welcome all the staff made us feel. Thank you...

Great service

Rooms large. Breakfast was brilliant. Safe area. Pleasant staff. Would stay here again. Only negative is parking charge $50 (valet) or 'self park' for $30. There's a parking lot two minutes walk away (Orange) for $9 a night which we used for our stay with no issues.

Excellent spot to experience LA Live and catch a Lakers game. Check individual night prices as costs escalates over 200% on the night of a game. Hotel was clean and tidy. Breakfast included was a bonus. Free access to gym. Rooms with small living room and kitchen were excellent meaning a separate space to relax after a long day sightseeing. Good central spot to pick up Ubers and Waymo (driverless taxi). Overall thoroughly recommend

Loved the hotel and location, but felt the bar staff were a bit slow as were favouring a large corporate event waited 15 mins for a drink at the bar

Lovely hotel, Christmas time is hectic (especially the parking!) but friendly and prompt service otherwise!
