The staff were very accommodating and super helpful. The bed was comfortable, room clean and the shower had hot water. Air-conditioning worked well to. I only stopped one night so can't comment on the gym etc. I would definitely come back again.

This is a very clean hotel with a friendly staff that is right in the middle of the old quarter. super convenient for sightseeing shopping and eating . Staff answered every question I asked . Held my bags after checkout while i roamed around before my flight . They also arranged for airport transportation . Oh don't forget the Super breakfast .

It was our first time in Vietnam and hotel couldn’t be more helpful arranging an airport transfer for us upon arrival and providing us with a map and recommendations. Spa treatments were great and ate in the restaurant too which was also lovely. Hotel is in the heart of the old quarter (ask for a quiet room) and easy to walk to most places from there.

4 adults (two parents and two adult sons) enjoyed staying in this nice hotel. Right in the middle of the old quarter, very close to the main nightlife, with restaurants, bars, and shops all within a short walk. Could be noisy if you were at the front of the hotel at the weekend, but the better rooms were at the back - larger and more comfortable. Breakfast buffet was decent. In the old town. Very close to night life and many restaurants and the lake. Staff were friendly and helpful. Big mention for Mr Linn the manager and tour operator. Very friendly and helpful man. Booked all our tours and transport. Very knowledgeable. Our room was comfortable and clean. WiFi reception was good. Air conditioning was good and fridge well stocked. Sapa, Ha Long bay and Ninh Binh well worth visiting. Talk to Mr Linn. If there was only one thing I can say. Breakfast was ok but...

We arrived very tired. Our room we paid for was room with a city view. The only window in the room was inside the shower cubicle in the toilet. When we spoke to the manager he said we have a city view...but i said its from inside a shower cubicle. He said sorry we cannot move you . We will see if a rooms available tomorrow. That day came and we decided after opening our luggage just to stay in that room as we were too tired to start moving again. When we told the manager he said thats a good...

Awesome place clean ztaff friendly no problems at all

Great stay, perfect location, spacious room, hot water, powerful shower, clean bathroom, nice clean bedding, comfy pillow, bed a bit hard and floor could do with a bit of bleach. Location is few steps away from bia hoi, you are in the centre of the action and its not loud in the room. We slept well. Great guys at the reception.
