"We had a great experience staying here. The place feels even bigger in person that the photos online. The owner was welcoming and is helpful throughout the stay. The keyless setup was super convenient, and having a nearby parking lot made a big difference."

"Had a worse experience ever had the fourth floor but elevator didn’t work had to carry all my stuff with my wife up 4 floors of stairs. Then the hotel was Under renovation and also tv did not work I will not be coming back to this hotel views was nice but the staff was not helpful front desk didn’t answer the phone until 3 times calling. Me and my wife were really disappointed in this hotel. Also, we rented this place to eat at fuego restaurant but it wasn’t even open they had limited food just appetizers we wanted to try the restaurant that’s why we booked this hotel."

"Dirty towels. Hair in towels remotes didn’t work. No ice in freezer, when requested I was charged $15. It took 2 hours and 5 calls to front desk to get housekeeping/maintenance to come up. There’s 25+ floors and 2 of the elevators didn’t work. So at checkout I had to walk down 7 floors after waiting 30+ min for the elevator. The hallways smelled strongly of marijuana. Neighbors were loud. Someone threw a bucket of trash from their room/balcony causing commotion & security attention. It’s a nice apartment, with so much potential, but as of now, it is being very poorly run."
