"There is not a breakfast included. But the dining options were nice. We really enjoyed LaLoLa. Loved the floor to ceiling window. Valet service was worth the additional fee, they were prompt! My only problem is I accidentally left our USC shirts behind. When I called to report it, security was little help. "

"Parking was weird. Room needs temperature control. More like an air b n b. No real staff on hand just some dude who can’t really help. Walls are thin. But the place was clean the neighborhood was except able room looked modern. So if you just need a room for the night perfect. But if you want luxury or some spicy time it’s no good for that. So it really depends on what you need "

"I don't recommend this property, the rooms are ghetto and beat up. I found a used condom wrapper on the day of my check out, so imagine I slept in that crusty room. This property was not like this when I visited last time which was 7 years ago. The furniture is beat up now and when I complained about the room the front desk person told me 80% of the rooms look like that. The hotel is located in a great spot, unfortunately there is a homeless population but it's close to the stadium where the Lakers play. The rooms are gross and crusty, they showed us two other rooms and they were equally disgusting looking. PLEASE UPGRADE YOUR FURNITURE. I wanted a refund but of course I know I won't get that so this will definitely be the last time I EVER stay here. If you decide to stay here and take the risk go ahead, I found two little flies in the bathroom like how? We were on the 15th floor. Lesson learned never again. "

"The amenities fee doesn't show up on the Expedia price- $35 a day extra and quite a bit of LA hotel taxes will be added to your bill. The property was very clean, but it's an apartment like an airbnb- no room service, no restaurant, housekeeping once a week so no new towels, no extra blankets. There's dishes and a toaster and microwave, stove, big fridge, etc- dish soap and dishwasher soap but no dish sponge or dish towel. Definitely do the self park or park across the street for $10. There was A LOT of partying going on, the people downstairs and one apartment over had a huge fight at 1 in the morning for 1/2 an hour and their dog was barking the whole time. Downtown LA is kind of sketchy- I don't think I'd bring kids here expecting a beach vacation. Stay closer to the beach. It's more for adults working in downtown LA longterm. I would come back when I have work downtown again. The views were INCREDIBLE."

"The rooftop deck was the best part about the hotel. I am a female and stayed in a dorm with three other males. The bed creaked very loudly, the window doesn't really open, but you get what you pay for so I can't really complain. They don't do room service everyday you'd have to ask, they change the towels about every 3-4 days. The shampoo and body wash bottles, for some reason, are always gone or empty, so you should bring your own. Location is good though."

"Decent enough place for the price. Good location to DTLA. Slightly in need of a sprucing up (paint, e.g.). Room was fine. One gripe- half the days I went to get free coffee the urn was being refilled and there was a 5-10 minute wait for coffee. Seriously? Get another urn and rotate them. People are grumpy and rushed in the morning and just want their coffee."
