The front office personnel was not capable, arrived late and did not want to do my check in, we had to make him call the manager at 1 am to allow my check in. Not very capable staff and very not capable

Was not expecting much but ended up being one of my favorite hotels we’ve ever stayed at. It’s close to LA activities and super convenient. Parking was a breeze. Staff was sweet. Rooms were clean and upgraded. Just seriously a great hotel with a great price.
