"One of my favorite hotels for the amazing lobby. A little disappointed this visit that we weren’t advised that we needed to let housekeeping know that we wanted the room made up every day. Also disappointed that the staff did not repair the phone in the room as requested. And the water pressure in the sink faucets could be higher without hurting anything. Certainly will stay there again, but don’t slip from a four star. Would have liked to have known what the situation was. They kept us out of the hotel on Saturday afternoon."

"This is a modern aparthotel in uneven downtown LA that is well run. Staff is outstanding. My major complaint is that the kitchen has toxic black plastic cooking utensils and the living room needs a bright standing lamp. But these caveats are minor for an overall great experience."

"I was there for a quick work trip. The restaurant served a delicious breakfast. The pool area was clean. The water was a little bit chilly, but it was February after all. I enjoyed the little bit of sunshine. I could get in my escape from the New England winter. The bar area downstairs was nice. All of the staff were helpful. Overall, it was a great stay. If you are not used to city noises, maybe bring a pair of earplugs if you are also a light sleeper. I was on the 9th floor, but could still hear some cars from the streets. The beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. It is also a walkable area. I felt safe walking around. "

"Great location to USC, clean hotel with attention to detail in the room. Our room was nice, but there was NO place to sit, except the desk chair and bed. Our safe did not work (we told front desk) & there was a strange odor in the bathroom coming from the drain in the sink. Front desk was not forth coming on info surrounding the area (food, bars, etc). All in all it was between OK & good!"
