"The stay was not pleasant after waiting in the lobby that was not kept well crumbs on the couch and just disheveled looking flies every where and a woman storming out the elevator saying she wanted check out early due to finding roaches in her room took me a while to sit then I was put on a floor where there was major construction happening and painting happening I was so exhausted from the staff dismissive behavior I tried to not make a big deal being that I had a really early flight woke up with a pounding headache from the smell of paint overall the stay was awful and I will be send a complaint to corporate including photos. Oh and if you need to use the shuttle they charge you $10 pp per ride also if you need to charge your phone they have removed all sockets so the only thing you can do is hand your phone to the front desk if you want to leave your bag with them before check in it’s an extra charge it was my first and last stay here and if you don’t want a bunch of random charges you shouldn’t staff is not friendly they only speak when asking for more money no hospitality honestly was very disappointed after trusting the reviews and being optimistic but my recommendation if not completely necessary go to one of the other ones in the area save yourself this place is literally the worst "
