"Great location, very modern, limited storage in the room but room was comfortable, great bed. The location is next to Victoria Train station so little uncomfortable area after dark, but lots of people around, just have to be careful, that said getting around was perfect being next to the Underground and access to Gatwick airport is excellent using the Gatwick Express, 5 minutes from hotel and only 30 minutes on the train. Also breakfast was excellent."

"Very convenient access to Terminal 2. No need to go outside. Luggage cab be rolled straight to/from the terminal and hotel so no need to carry it. "

"I liked that it was close to the Horizon Cruise Terminal and easy to walk with suitcases. I did not care for the breakfast choices and they did not provide washcloths."

"I've stayed in a few airport hotels at Heathrow, and this one was definitely the cleanest and most comfortable. The staff was quite friendly too. The thing that I really appreciate about this Hyatt was that it had a bathtub/shower combination rather than just a shower. I really needed the relaxation of a bath on this trip, but more importantly, it kept the floor from getting soaked, which is a huge problem I've had with other airport hotels. This one definitely met my needs, and I would stay here again."

"Really enjoyed our week-long stay at the Bailey. Great location in Kensington. Easy to access Kensington Gardens, the Victoria and Albert Museum and other sites. Shared a room with my mom and found it comfortable and spacious enough. Have to complement the staff for their attentiveness. Really appreciated all the support I received from the various folks who were concierge during our stay. All of them were remarkably helpful. Only critique was that the room cleaning folks could have cleared the used glasses and cups that started accumulating over a few days. Really minor issue. Would gladly recommend this hotel to other travellers."
