"Did not have my reservation available took forever to check inn. Pool closed early and didn’t get to spend much time there. There were additional charges and had to pay for parking."

"Very unhappy with our recent trip to LV. Reservation made months in advance for 2 rooms at Paris. Upon check in at Paris we were placed in rooms at the Horseshoe. We requested our 2 rooms be on the same floor - nope. Rooms were up separate elevators - far apart. Cleanliness was sub-standard. Bodywash was empty in the shower for 4 days, bathroom floor was caked with dust in corners. We were in a room directly above loud food court/night club area that was booming loud music until 3:00-4:00am. If we were going to be located in rooms at a different hotel, why weren't we notified and directed to the check-in of the different hotel? We went to the Monte Cristo cigar bar one evening. Two cigar smokers and 3 others ordered drinks. One glass of wine showed up quickly - the rest of the drinks took 40 minutes. One of the drinks was a bourbon on the rocks - pretty quick to prepare. We were very unhappy with the delay - the waitress was very apologetic - which was nice. In the end, we were not charged for our drinks, so that was OK - but it was crazy! We will return to LV again, but we will never stay at Paris or Horseshoe. Be aware that Paris will switch hotels on you without consent."

"The hotel is buitiful,but after 10-11pm we have problem to find any food available.All 30? Restaurant was closed,except small size coffee shop."

"Not all the elevators were working which made it difficult leaving and going back to your room. "
