The communication between employees wasn’t great and everyone seemed rushed. Parking sucks. But overall the pools and easy access to the beach was great. Gift shop a little overpriced but not too bad and you have to request extra towels and to have your room serviced "

"We stayed a total of 5 nights. Really loved the view from the balcony since we were on the 14th floor. Everything is so close and convenient when it comes to restaurants, stores and attractions. The room we stayed unfortunately had not been renovated yet but did noticed the rest of the rooms on our floor had been renovated. I can definitely say we enjoyed our stay here and for sure would book at this hotel again. "
